Legal entity and contracting party
Blitz Fon, Ltd. is registered in the British Virgin Islands and is the entity you contract with. This is a third country for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision, so transfers to us are made under Standard Contractual Clauses. German network services are provided under registration with the Bundesnetzagentur, and the switching, media and call records for those services are processed in German data centres.

Where your data lives
Voice traffic for German customers is switched on our own hardware in German data centres. Call content, recordings and call detail records do not leave Germany.

Regulatory
German network services are provided under registration with the Bundesnetzagentur as a telecommunications network operator. We send the registration details on request rather than printing a number we would then have to keep current.
